Short answer: MOD Pizza does not offer a permanent, nationwide student discount. If you’re a student hoping to flash your ID for 10% off, you’ll be disappointed at most locations. But that doesn’t mean students can’t eat cheap at MOD — there are several reliable ways to bring the price down, and some franchise locations do their own thing.
Here’s the honest 2026 breakdown of where MOD Pizza stands on student discounts, plus the 7 best ways for students to save.
Does MOD Pizza Have a Student Discount?
No — MOD Pizza has no official, chain-wide student discount program. The company’s website and official channels don’t list one, and multiple coupon-tracking sources confirmed as of late 2026 that no standing student discount exists.
That puts MOD in the same boat as most fast-casual chains: instead of a standing student discount, they run general promotions open to everyone — which students can absolutely use. Our MOD Pizza coupons & deals guide tracks the current ones.
Ask Your Local Store Anyway
Here’s the nuance: MOD Pizza is heavily franchised, and some individual franchise locations offer their own student discount (typically around 10% with a valid student ID). These aren’t advertised nationally — they’re set store by store.
What to do: before you order, just ask — “Do you guys do a student discount?” The worst they say is no, and at some locations near college campuses, the answer is yes. Bring your physical or digital student ID just in case.
7 Ways Students Can Save at MOD Pizza (2026)
No student discount? No problem. These stack up fast:
1. Join MOD Rewards (free)
The single best move. You earn 1 point per $1, get 75 bonus points at signup, and a free menu item at 150 points. New members have also scored a free MOD-size pizza or salad on their first purchase plus birthday bonuses. It’s free — there’s no reason not to join.
2. Watch for BOGO deals
MOD periodically runs buy-one-get-one offers on MOD-size pizzas and salads (Double Points Tuesdays ran through October 2026, for example). Split a BOGO with a roommate and you’re eating for half price.
3. Use verified promo codes
Online and in-app orders sometimes accept promo codes — but ignore the “70% off” aggregator claims; most are unverifiable. Stick to codes from MOD’s own channels or our verified deals page.
4. Order the Mini
A 6-inch Mini with unlimited toppings runs about $9.59 — a full custom pizza for under ten bucks. See our MOD Pizza sizes guide to compare.
5. Go on deal days
Sundays have featured a free kids meal with a MOD-size pizza or salad purchase (code KEF2026 through Dec 31, 2026) — handy if you’re feeding younger siblings. Tuesdays have featured double points.
6. Split a Mega
One 11-inch thick-crust Mega (~$13.59) split between two light eaters beats two separate orders.
7. Skip delivery apps when you can
Delivery markups run $1–$2 per item plus fees. Walking in or ordering pickup through MOD’s own site keeps the student budget intact.
What About Teacher, Military, or Senior Discounts?
Same story: no permanent nationwide discounts for teachers, military members, seniors, or first responders. MOD has run targeted BOGO events in the past (including a Veterans Day offer in prior years), but nothing standing. As with student discounts, individual franchise locations may honor something with valid ID — it never hurts to ask.
Student Discount FAQs
Does MOD Pizza give a student discount with ID?
Not as a national policy. Some franchise locations near campuses offer ~10% off with a valid student ID at their own discretion — always ask before ordering.
Is there a UNiDAYS or Student Beans discount for MOD Pizza?
No. As of 2026, MOD Pizza has no verified offer on student-discount platforms like UNiDAYS or Student Beans.
What’s the cheapest way for a student to eat at MOD Pizza?
Join MOD Rewards (free), order a Mini (~$9.59) or split a BOGO deal with a friend, and order pickup instead of delivery. That combination is the best reliable value.
Do MOD Pizza coupons work for students?
Yes — general promo codes and deals work for everyone, students included. Check our 2026 deals guide for currently verified offers.
